SECTION 1 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, address and email as part of the buying and selling process.

We also collect personal information for the following purposes:

to understand your fitness and other related needs and objectives and to assist you in achieving them
to determine your eligibility for membership and for receiving our products and services

Email marketing (If applicable): We may send you emails about our store, new products and events and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

Your knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information. When you sign up with us, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes listed above.

If we ask for your personal information for other reasons, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at gflexxfitness@gmail.com.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

G-Flex Fitness will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to any other organization or third parties without first obtaining your consent

G-Flex Fitness may, however, disclose your information in the following cases:

to protect the rights, property or safety of G-FLEX Fitness, our employees, our members and others.
to comply with a subpoena, warrant or order
to a police force, if required by law
to a person authorized by a law or collective agreement
to an investigative body or government institution which can oblige us to do so
in emergency situations in which we believe that the life, health or safety of a member or other person may be in danger
to an agent retained by G-Flex Fitness in connection with the collection of your account
if all or a part of our business is sold, we may transfer information we have about you in preparation for or as part of completing that transaction.

SECTION 4 - WIX

Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through their secured data storage.

Payment on WIX:

WIX is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WIX stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored as long as necessary to complete your purchase. After completion, your purchase history and personal information is deleted.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Those third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors (i.e PayPal) usually have their own privacy policies.
We recommend that you read carefully their privacy policies before you engage in any transaction.

Please note, some third-party service providers are located outside of Canada. As a result, your personal information may be accessible to regulatory authorities in accordance with the law of these jurisdictions.

As an example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under this country’s legislation.

Once you are redirected to a third-party website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
