HIIT THE STEP

​

 Before you can start your first step class, you will need an aerobic step board, a pair of 5 lbs dumbbells, a jump rope, a resistance tube with handles, a hip band, a yoga mat.

Our step class is ideal  for adults and entrepreneurs who, with a busy schedule, want to stay in shape and adopt healthy lifestyle habits,  as well as for retirees who are often looking for new stimulating activities.
