Our philosophy is centered on the experience of movement as a source of joy. We will provide members with the tools to explore by themselves the power of movement to create joy, and connection with others.
This class improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing body fat, and improving your cardiovascular health. It is an ideal way to maintain your target body weight.

STEP AND SWEAT
This 45 min class incorporates a combination of cardiovascular training on an adjustable platform and some challenging core exercises
designed to help you move better. The emphasis is on your cardio, core strength and balance.

FLEX IT
This workout is designed to develop strength and build lean muscles. Some cardio drills are included to keep the participant within their target heart rate zone. The focus is on posture and great quality of movement to develop strength.

HARDCORE
This 45 min class incorporates a combination of cardiovascular training on an adjustable platform with some explosive, fast and dynamic movements designed to improve your overall conditioning.
